- Male / female
- S1 graduated (majoring in Law are preferred)
- Having 1 years experience in the same position
- Communicative
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Able to work both in team and individual
- Honest, responsible and independent
- Have the ability to negotiate and communicate well with internal and external parties
- Mastering employment rules and regulation
- Understand the process of Recruitment and HRD Administration
- Understand how to manage Jamsostek and Staff Insurance
- Highly self motivated
- domiciled in Ketapang – West Kalimantan are preferred
- Willing to be located in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.

3. Conducting the employee performance assessment withmanagement
4. Managing the employees insurance
